Where we build
Raya Ventures is a construction and interiors company based in Bengaluru, building independent homes and commercial spaces across Karnataka.
We take a project from the first plan to the final coat. Architecture and planning, structural design, construction and interior design are all handled by one team, so nothing gets lost between a separate architect, contractor and decorator.
Every home is planned by engineers.
One team, from the first plan to the final coat.
Our four packages, from Economy to Luxury, name the steel, cement, fittings, doors, tiles and paint that go into your home, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
You pay stage by stage as the work is done, get regular photo updates on WhatsApp, and are welcome to visit the site anytime.
Since 2023 we have completed 42 projects, with 23 more under construction.
Raya Ventures was founded in 2023 by Rajesh T and Kavya Jagadish, who bring more than 13 years of combined experience to the company.
Kavya Jagadish
