We build
Your home goes up stage by stage. You get regular photo updates on WhatsApp, and you're welcome to visit the site anytime.

Handover
We walk through the finished home with you, fix anything that needs attention, and hand over the keys.

Planning
Floor plans, elevation and structural design are finalised with you.

Foundation
The base of your home is set out and laid.

Structure
Columns, beams and slabs go up, floor by floor.

Blockwork
Walls are built and openings for doors and windows are formed.

Plastering
Walls and ceilings are plastered, ready for finishes.

Finishing
Flooring, doors, windows, railings, paint and the elevation finish.

Handover
A walkthrough together, final fixes, and the keys are yours.
